FNB Home Loans unorganised .. Reverse ASAP

I am honestly not happy with FNB home loans. They are not organised at all. After making manual payment and arrangements; they still went ahead and debited my account.

Taking money urgently planned for my father who is severely ill now at the hospital.

FNB, please urgently reverse the amount you debited as it was no longer the plan.

Urgently as the money is for my father's medical expenses ... If you can do immediate payment I'll appreciate.
