FNB HOME LOANS - TOTAL INCOMPETENCE

FNB HOME LOANS - on line further home loan application. It is possible that this can take almost a month? Yes it is when you are dealing with total incompetence. After 3 weeks the valuation was eventually done. And then we were asked for an additional form to be completed which we only received two days later. Now 4 days later we get a quote and get told the insurance must be increased. Why was this not asked for when the updated valuation was received. There is a policy in place that any funds available must get paid out before the credit process for the further loan is started. Now four weeks later this is only going to start. I do not believe that this is fair credit practice. We do not want any funds unless the full amount app**** for is approved and who is going to pay the interest on the increased home loan balance while we wait another how many weeks for the credit process on the further loan to be finalised. After banking with and working for FNB for more than 25 years you would expect better client service
