FNB Home loans terrible to deal with

I have app**** to get a loan to install a Solar System at my house Took a month for FNB to react on my application Did HP this bad service Person dealing with complaint was useless The Solar System loan is a loan on your bond and what a joke Pearl assisted me I was not happy with the re advance interest rate it was more than the current interest on my bond what a ******* ,now for R38000.00 re advance I need to pay a higher interest rate for the rest of the 18 years that I need to pay my house bond. I was under the impression my bank will know that we are struggling with load shedding and will assist me in making it easy to apply and keep it at the same interest or better it.But no Did ask Pearl to assist me and she said that the new interest rate on the re advance will not change. Informed her that I was not happy about this and wanted her to foward it to the complaints department which she said she did. No feed back and no correspondence from Pearl for over a week. E mailed her and asked for feedback, same story according to her FNB will not change the interest rate. Ask her two times to forward me the correspondence between her and the complaints department. Now she sends me her managers e mail address What a waste of time FNB useless Time for change
