FNB Home Loans terrible processes and service
Dreadful home loan experience. I was first assigned an *********** consultant, I was then assigned another consultant after initially complaining and now when there's another issue, I am left without a response for 2 days and my calls are ignored. FNB is refusing to accept insurance taken in my personal capacity while the body corp is finalizing which insurance company to choose. This has been the most annoying process and I can't understand how I am having these problems since this is my 4th home loan with FNB and I have never experienced such service.

12 Jul 2022, 09:51The bond attorneys can't do anything until the 14th because the HOC(insurance) department has 5 working days to reply. What difference does it make logically if the insurance is in my personal capacity or with the body corp? They are both insuring the same thing!!!
