FNB Home loans sucks disappointment and *****. you deserve negative star.

I have bond account with FNB just over 2 years. I have been paying excess amount since the beginning as a result i have excess amount that i have access to (withdrawals as and when i wish).

Every withdrawal goes to my current account and there is a trail of every transaction. End of October, there was little over R 40 000 on my excess that mysteriously disappeared, and i began to receive call/emails from FNB about my bond account in arrears with 716. I asked them several times how is that possible? they couldn't provide me with an answer but sent multiple consultants who couldn't explain the arrears and the disappearance of my excess money and are quick to close the enquiry against my protest. I asked them to keep enquiry open and escalate it since they have provided me with any explanation at ground level.

This is *****, I need investigation and I want My money. FNB act correctly, I will keep quite. I have agreed to reconciliation of the account for +-850 I have not received anything since.

I asked that you keep that enquiry open and accept it as formal complain that deserve investigation..
