FNB HOME LOANS SOLD MY PROPERTY AT AUCTION AFTER PAYING FOR 15YEARS
When FNB asks you "How can it help you" all they want to do is not help you as their client, after paying my bond for more than 15years I ran into some financial difficulties and they (FNB Home loans) opted to put my property on auction even after months and months of communication with the bank I alerted them to the fact that I would like to re-instate my credit agreement as per the Credit Act, I had money to pay the arrears which were R72 000 I have been sent from pillar to post by FNB and it's attorneys trying to squeeze more money from me when infact I had let them know that I can pay the legal fees via a payment arrangement but I did not want to lose my primary residence as I had the means to fully pay the arrears and have the Sale in Execution as per letters from the Attorneys and FNB cancelled and my bond account re-instated. Whatever you do think twice before accepting a home loan from FNB as they will not act in your best interest as their client and will easily forget the payments you have made towards your bond and will not hesitate to fool you into thinking they will assist whilst they continue to sell your property to another person at the same time whilst having conversations with you as a client. FNB needs to be held accountable and let me know why they allowed a sale to proceed on my property that I had paid for 15 years already.
