FNB home loans & short-term insurance double deductions on building insurance

I have been on the phone since last week with FNB home loans and FNB short-term insurance as they are both deducting building insurance from my account for the same policy, now I have been told to wait 7 days for them to get back to me, what an absolute pathetic response from them. I want my money refunded and the issue resolved, it seems impossible for them to provide any customer support or urgency to the matter.
