FNB home loans ******* service

I have app**** for home loan appl. 762/UQJ/09/2018 and was declined, the reason bieng my wife's Foschini acc which was paid for and settled. I have also provided a settlement letter to this effect. The most rudiculos thing is that STD bank has approved my application in principle, I would expect FNB bieng my primary banker to be able to be the first ones to assist. The reasons provided are just not good enough. I have a good mind to move all my banking to STD bank. I also had an FNB card which was settled in 2015, suddently its a problem as well. I sumbmitted a complaint on FNB 's website last week, no one has even bothered to respond or call me, sies maan FNB. I just need to know for how long will I receive this unfair and embarrassing treatment from FNB homeloans? Been trying to apply for years now....
