FNB home loans pay-out department not functional

On Tuesday the 2nd of March 2021 the home loan flexi facility application was submitted to FNB home loans for approval. The consultant mentioned that the approval will not take more than 72hrs. Today is Thursday 11 March 2021 way longer than the stipulated time frame. I made several contact with FNB consultants and they kept on saying the matter is with the pay-out department since Monday 8 March 2021. I was also promised that my request has been escalated to the pay-out department urgent contact and payment. This is very disappointing to wait this long without being updated of what's causing the delay. NOT A HAPPY CLIENT!!!
