FNB Home loans, pathetic service

FNB, my own bank. I app**** for a Home loan and the consultant assigned to assist me hasn't contacted me in 3 weeks. The agents at the call centre have done their best to assist me but the one person who can assist me doesn't even return my calls. I feel hopeless rn. I have logged complaints directly with FNB no response their either. So disappointing.
