FNB Home Loans pathetic

I have been asking for my homeloan statement for weeks now and keep getting pushed to different departments, even from the homeloan department! when I ask for someone to call me they tell me they cannot make calls.

This is pathetic service, I am moving my business to Capitec who is much more responsive and helpful.
