FNB Home Loans openly lies!

FNB is a lot of ******! The quoted me a certain interest rate on a home loan. Papers were signed long ago. Today, less than a week before the transfer date, they sent a new loan agreement where they increased the interest rate! This means I could have accepted one of the other offers I got from other banks. My transfer cannot go through, which means I will have to pay occupational rent. I cannot believe that a bank will blatantly lie to a customer!
