FNB Home Loans not recommended!

Received truly poor service from FNB Home Loans, overall an unpleasant experience applying through them. I brough this to the attention of the branch and filed official complaint as well, yet no improvement at all. We have subsequently accepted an offer from another credit provider and will be moving all my business away from FNB following the very poor service from Zolisa Manama and FNB Home Loans.
