FNB Home Loans not keeping their promises
FNB home loans approved our loan on 3 August 2017.
We have signed all relevant documentation with Boshoff Attorneys (appointed by FNB) on 12 September 2017 (after Boshoff Attorneys had wrong documentation on 31 August 2017 - 12 days delay) . After numerous phone calls we STILL do not have a proceed from FNB in order to lodge the documentation to the deeds office. FNB promised a proceed by 6 October 2017. On 12 October 2017 we have still not received the proceed. My appointed attorney is ready for lodgement to the deeds office since 8 September 2017.
After an entire month of a delayed process between FNB and their appointed attorneys (Boshoff), we STILL do not have any feedback or any proceed.
FNB makes empty promises, they appoint attorneys who does not do their job and they do not provide feedback to clients.
Do yourself a favor and do not apply for a Home loan with FNB. You will save yourself from daily phone calls without any feedback whatsoever. FNB Home Loans do NOT put the client first! Stay away!!!
