FNB home loans not able to keep track of their own paperwork and blames me.

I've been trying to finalize the transfer of my sold property for more than a month now. FNB keeps on asking for the same documentation while it's already been sent multiple times. Then I get a call saying I'm delaying the process while FNB already has been sent the documentation they requested over and over
