FNB Home loans is shockingly bad!

FNB Home loans is absolutely useless. We canceled our bond and paid them more that what is owed but they sit with the extra money for weeks without paying it back. It is not like they will pay us interest on our money that they are sitting with. If you call them ....nothing.... just shocking but then again that is why we have dropped them as our bank.
