FNB Home loans freezes one's access bond facilitate without notifying you that they need a updated insurance document. Now the onus is on you to figure out what is going on, calling FNB and being diverted to different department just to hear the same SLA story that "After document is received on "***" it take 2-5 days to activate facility. Pathetic process, other institution have the same requirements but at least they notify you to submit the document.
