FNB home loans incompetence

I sold my property in October 2022 already and FNB had to provide a cancellation figure for my bond. Which is supposed to take 48 hours max. Until today I have not received the figure yet and now my purchaser is canceling the sale. Also no use trying to talk to my private wealth banker as he is never available and doesn't return my calls. I will never get a home loan through FNB again. .
