FNB HOME LOANS DEPARTMENT. Good afternoon, To whom it may concern. I would just like to compliment Radeefa in your "Home Loans Sales - Coastal" department. The service she has given me has blown my fiance & I away. She really went beyond the extra mile to assist us & to guide us. When we got angry & frustrated (many times with sellers & attorneys) she would calmly assist & defuse every situation. At times, I thought we are driving Radeefa insane & not once did she show any sort of frustration towards us. Everytime we requested anything out of the "norm", Radeefa would never say no. Instead she would first try and see if she could make it possible for us.
