FNB Home Loans

I have the FNB Convid Loan with FNB on my Quote they included FNB Home Loan Debit order of which I do not pay,my husband pays it. I asked my personal banker to check for me and she explained that the quote is just a summary of everything I have with FNB, but because I do not have any Authorised debit order from FNB Home loan they wont deduct if from my Convid Loan. Guess what they deducted the money and my husband also paid . so they have two payments. I have been trying to call to ask them to revise it because this is a DEBIT ORDER ABUSE, You cannot AUTHORISE any Debit order without any permission. I cannot get through the department and I asked my personal banker to help she has been trying to get the FNB Loan to revise the money, Still they have not revised from the 7th Of May until now no feedback. I am going to report this to ombudsman because they just cannot take money while when we signed the FNB Homeloan Papers whe ticked that my husband will pay and it will be from work.
