FNB Home loans

I was staff at FNB FOR 15 years ,2years and later years joined the company again for 13 years . I resigned in 2015 and so I requested a cancelation request form from Home loans and also requested a cancelation amount on my car . I paid both my house and car the amounts the bank gave me . The bond cancelation documents I faxed to home loana , requesting to cancel the insurance and cancel the bond. I kept enquiring but without any luck . In September 2020 I went to FNB branch and I called Home loans as I received an email from the cancelation attorney's that they received an i struction to csncel my bond but there was sn amount if R8000+ for insurance . This did not make sense as I requested to have the insurance cancelled yesrs ago. I replaced my wall on the outside ,had I known there was insurance I would have claimed from Outsursnce . I contested this with the FNB complaints department with no luck . My husband and I requested an appointment with the insurance and cancelations manager still with no luck . I paid my bond up because I resigned and knew that I would not have an income to pay any installments .. Now yesrs later the bank deny that I have requested the cancelation of my bond , then why would I have paid it up All I want is for my bond to be cancelled and my title deedin my name .
