FNB Home Loans exceptionally bad service

I have been dealing with FNB home loans for over 4 months now and nothing is finalised, feels like I always have to chase them, only means of communication is via email and that can take days to get a reply. Been loyal to them for decades means absolutely nothing. Service level 0, if I could give them a zero rating on this website I would. Clearly they going to loose market share at this rate, Been thinking about moving both my personal and business accounts to another bank.
