FNB Home Loans - Ebucks not paid as promised!
In a recorded conversation, FNB Home Loans mentioned that I qualify for the ebucks kick-back when taking out my home loan through them as a first-time home buyer right then and there. Now they are gas-lighting me and say that I do not qualify as my original application was not done through the app? I spoke to an actual human that promised this to me...

26 Apr 2024, 11:52I was contacted by FNB - though the consultant was great, there was no apology, and nothing FNB was willing to do to rectify the situation.
The choose to hide behind loop holes and clauses, and clearly a 20-year client means nothing to them whatsoever.
