FNB Home loans does not take its customers serious they are just after money and they have rude personnel

I have a homeloan with FNB. I had a problem last year and since decided to put my homeloan to be taken through stop order from my salary. I made an arrangment and have been sticking to it. FNB staff are very arrogant and rude they respond to communication after you have followed up. I wrote to Mbuse Molete on the 26th March 2025 indicating that since the payments are reflecting everymonth even before the due date can i request that the outstanding amount be put at the end of my term of which with the amount that i am paying i think they will be paid up as i did not change the amount that i am paying even after the interest rates were reduced. I still get messages from time to time even though i have an arrangment and today i got a message from Pearl Malapane threatening me that if i dont make the full payment i will face legal action. Why are their friends staying in houses that are not paid for years but mine is paid on a monthly basis through payroll but i get stinking messages. I request that amount to be put at the end of the term of which it will be fully paid because i dont intent to change the amount that i am paying. I must indicate that Mbuse Molete is very rude and does not know what customer service is as if she is not getting paid from the monies that we pay for our bonds. He or she must know that she is a service provider and must have manners because we are client and where will she work if she treats customers as if thats her fathers bank. I made that request because i know its possible for certain individuals, u need to be their associate to get the benefits. Also the interest that is being charged to my account is abnormal as if that bond is only a year old. we are being reaped off for being black home owners.
