FNB Home Loans DOES NOT RESPOND

I had a stroke so cannot communicate clearly, that is why I sent e-mails.

I have been trying to communicate me e-mail address change to FNB Home Loans, looks like they operate on their own, because after I changed my incontact details to the new e-mail address, I still received a notification from the Home Loans Department regarding the change in the rate, to the old e-mail address.

I sent a reply to the e-mail, NO RESPONSE.

I looked at the e-mail in the letter that they send me (which was different to the one that the e-mail was sent to - NO RESPONSE.

What can I do to get them to change my e-mail address?
