FNB Home loans - does not consider customer loyalty - loan declined because the bank "has no appetite for my permit"

I have been a loyal client at FNB for the past 7 years and currently on the Premier package. I have app**** for a home loan, which i can afford and also have a good financial standing. The bank has completely declined my application simply because i use a ZEP permit. I have been using such permits since i started banking with FNB, always provided a new permit upon expiration of the other. At one stage, the bank offered me R105000 credit limit which is basically unsecured loan but they cannot provide me with a secured loan? The response i get is the bank "HAS NO APPETITE" for such a permit but have an appetite to have my business there

I am so disgruntled with this . Word of advise i this... if one is a foreigner... no use being loyal to FNB
