FNB home loans Division needs double bells for pathetic service

Bravo homeloans dept, your pathetic customer service has never changed or improved one bit. Where do you'll find such enthusiastic employees? I'm told my home loan is private, private banking tells me differently. Whose speaking the truth? Almost 1.5hrs wait on chat to speak to an agent. Why do I pay exorbitant banking fees? 2hrs later, extremely frustrated and still can't get satisfactory assistance.
