FNB home loans dishonesty

I feel harrassed and getting poor service from FNB home loans. They are not truthful to their words,I initially had an agreement to pay my arrears in six month and suddenly they that has changed,I even asked that we check phone records of the agreement but now I am getting a call after another,sms that says I missed my payment whereas I didn't. I regret having a bond with FNB.
