FNB Home Loans discriminates ********ly

After applying for a bond, FNB`s \home loan specialist\" Vishal Binessaree informed me via email that I am blacklisted and he would not bother submitting the application. I paid for and received my ITC Credit Report and forwarded it to Vishal, enquiring where on my credit report it states that I have defaults and judgements against my name and how, with a credit score in the high 800`s, am I blacklisted - regardless of the fact that Wesbank granted me credit to buy a motorvehicle months before. He conceded that my credit report did not show any defaults or judgements and that it is in good standing but that \"Application has been referred to my credit manager and was advised if you was rehabilitated you will need to wait for 5 years for us to offer credit again.\" (sic) <br> I requested from both Vishal and Yoland Pillay, my private banker, to send me an official decline letter from FNB, stating that FNB Homeloans will not grant a bond to someone`s who`s insolvent estate had been REHABILITATED for a period of five years AFTER the rehabilitation order was granted by the court. This means that FNB will only consider granting me a bond in 2020, which goes against the NCA and Insolvency Act."
