FNB Home loans department Useless and ***********

Send my application to FNB Home loans department to assist me with a loan for a Solar System on the 24 of January 2023.Received auto reply they will contact me with in 24 hours. Waited a few days and send the same e mail again to the same e mail adress on both times I cc the person that send me the application. Got a auto reply and the next day I received a e mail from FNB Home loans that they wanted my ID no or Bond no send e mail back and informed them that it will be on my application docs. A copy of my ID Documents was part of the application e mailed and was attached.I have send the application now about 7 times.Today is the 8th of February and nothing yet. Must be honest I am very disappointed in my bank FNB You are useless and your administration personel are terrible. What a waste of time and effort on my side I will need to look around and make changes. I will inform all friends and family about this Useless FNB
