FNB Home Loans Department Useless

I received an sms that I am in arrears on my home loan, I have lost count how many times I have phoned the FNB home loans department, and each and every time I am being transferred to collections department line which is forever busy. Will somebody sort out this as I urgently need to know what's happening.
