FNB home loans department poor service, misleading and non factual

I am an FNB client for about 6 years now, and I recently app**** for a home loan through a bond originator, within minutes my application to FNB was declined, I then queried it, and as per FNB mortgage department, I have been declined because of 2 reasons, 1 being of insufficient transactions on my account, 2 being poor credit score rating.... I then explained that the insufficient funds transactions were due to me changing my salary date and the service provider not changing my debit date, and explicitly explained that the account is paid every month via Eft, so the insufficient transactions are null and void, in regards with the poor credit score I called bull****, I have a credit score of 676 out of 710, and have never skipped a payment, nor do I have judgements or any negative listing on my credit profile, my credit score is EXCELLENT. I then sent an email to them, at which point they said to me if I can prove all of this I would qualify for a 95% loan at a higher interest rate, what's funny is that I got approved by both standard bank and Nedbank for the full amount and both of them came in at 6.90% which is less than the prime repo rate, proving that my score is excellent. The information provided to me by FNB is not factual and misleading. As an FNB client they should have done their due diligence and tried their best to assist their devote client. I am disgusted with them, and I will be changing my personal banking to another bank, whom takes their clients seriously.
