FNB Home Loans Department is ***********!

I’ve been banking with FNB for 16 years now and I’ve always been a loyal customer but ever since the Covid -19 pandemic has begun. They have been nothing but ***********! Home Loan department keeps on debiting money from my account even after I’ve app**** for the covid funding. I’m still waiting for the reversal of my money a month later. This is happening for the 2nd month now. Every single month I have to spend hours fighting with FNB to refund my money. After being sent from pillar to post I even went to complain to 2 FNB Branches but nobody was unable to assist I shouldn’t be running around looking for my own money like this it’s unacceptable . I think moving banks will be easier than this inconvenience.So much incompetence I’m thinking of closing all my accounts and investments with them. My close friends and family are also unhappy with FNB currently! FNB is a mess right now I’m so disappointed !
