FNB home loans department do not answer their calls
I've been truing since the April to get hold of the FNB Private clients home loans and they do not answer their calls. on a daily basis i wait almost 30-40 minutes on the call and no one answer their phone. all i want is a letter confirming my arrangement to with them to pay the outstanding March premium.

I called your call center on Friday at 18h00 and spoke to a guy called Abdullah Desai. he said he will get the admin department to send the confirmation letter. How difficult is it to get a query like this resolved?
