FNB HOME LOANS BAD SERVICES

HI. My name is Erna , I have a complaint with FNB Home loans. I was under debt review and on Sept 2021 I send all the papers to them that I was done with debt review. I also apply for advance that I paid more on my home loan and still they say I am under debt review. I have a reference number if you want it. I also spoke to a Rox Anne Bennet whom is a supervisor at home loans on 20 May 2022 and she said she will sort it out. Again I spoke today with someone and they have a lot of excuses.
