FNB home loans BAD service

I app**** for a home loan switch after they kept on calling me for loans. I decided that a want to pay all my accounts and only have the one home loan. After all they declined my application. But wat do you know, today they phoned me again. So what kind of a business is it that declines you one day but make you offers on another day. Worst off all they told me that it is because of an ITC problem. I got my ITC profile. There was only a account that was paid up six months ago. And this problem was because the debitorder I signed did not go off. I had to pay it cash but that made me a slow payer. The fnb consultant told me to get the paid up letter and send it via email so they can reassess the application. After only ten minutes of sending this email, I received an email back saying it is still declined. They did not check even the reason the problem was on there. And it was the banks fault after all, I did sign the debit order. They make mistakes and it makes your name BAD. The service I get is not good. They are willing to give you personal loans, revolving loans, overdrafts and even temporary loans. So what is the difference. They don't even check my current home loan statements. There was never a problem with payment is seven years. If the bank do there jobs there will be no late payments. I am going to apply at other banks, and the one that approved my loan, I am going to change all my account to them. I can't recommend FNB to any one.
