FNB Home Loans - Bad interest rate for their loyal customers

After 13+ year relationship with FNB and a Bond they offer me Prime plus almost 1% on a new bond, Standard Bank not being my main bank offers me Prime less 0.5% and willing to go down 0.5 more if i change to them.

sad that FNB does this
