FNB home loans are the worst

I waited for more than two weeks too get my flexi bond that I have with FNB home loans for 7 years. Too be approved instead they send me a prepaid form I then again called the call center.

I spoke to two people. I then tried to escalate it to a manager. But were cut off. I got the number of the manager in question but the call just goes strait to the FNB answering service. I left a message to call me back with out any reply.

So again today I followed up how far the process is. The agent said everything is fine I just need to fill in another form, a debit order form.

I asked him what is going on that the debit order is already in place.

He bluntly refused to help me.
