FNB Home Loans Application - Bad Bad Service!!!

I have recently used FNB directly to apply for a Home Loan, this will be my third Home Loan, my first two Home Loans i did through OOba Bonds, and i had everything approved within 24 hours, i thought this time let me go directly with my bank FNB, wow firstly they processed the incorrect amount with an gave me a super high interest rate, 1 week later and the amount has still not been amended even though i have been promised for this to happen last week, i have to keep following up with my bond specialist, and may end up loosing the property i want to purchase thanks to this unrelaible service. I feel like i am a burden when i follow up about my application, and really has been the worst experience ever, where as for soe reason i thought my bank that i have been loyal to fr 20 years will treat me with priority, cleraly this is not the case, i am holding my breath to see if they can even help and give me a competitive interest rate. Very dissapointing!
