FNB Home Loans Appalling service

Appalling service from FNB Home Loans. I have been waiting 8 days for a home loans guarantee payment to clear and when following it up with the attorneys it was told that FNB does not want to enter the Standard Bank Home Loans Branch Code when making the payment or providing the guarantee. This is really mediocre service and enough to make me transfer my banking to another bank. You force the client to loose his temper to get to the person handling his home loan and then the whole debacle is about something is simple as a branch code. I will not leave this here.
