FNB HOME LOANS APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been calling the FNB home loan centre for the last month, sending emails trying to get a settlement letter from them, yet have not recieved the letter from them. the audacity to call me to tell me that my home loan is in arrears while all I have been trying to do for the last month was settle my balance. wow, the service is really bad.
