FNB Home Loans (aint what is used to be)

FNB home loans (entire department including heads and specialists) are not people who loves to provide feedback, and if they do then you either on driving in peak or busy elsewhere. I've been struggling now for months to get feedback and to have me removed from a joint loan but no one contacts me, BUT the minute the person who is in the house start missing payments, guess who pop up? FNB HOME LOANS!!!

For people wanting to buy home via FNB home loans please just make sure you dont have to run around later looking for answers on stuff. FNB is quick to give loans but non responsive when it comes to query feedback.
