FNB Home Loans agents extremely unprofessional
Stay away from the agents that assist with Home loans. They have no expertise and treat you extremely unprofessionally. Communication from FNB vs the agents feedback is also not consistent. So much for being a bank that drives change and appears to take customer service seriously. For respect of the agent, I will not mention their name, but FNB really needs to look at the way their agents communicate and ensure that timelines are consistent.

29 Aug 2023, 11:44So FNB resolves the complaint without any substantial feedback. Further to this the agent that was assisting me makes changes to the interest rate without finalisation of any agreements. Queried this change multiple times and followed up more than 8 times without any feedback other than it has been escalated, no progress update or when they expect the issue to be resolved.
@FNB - can you please start communicating effectively and address interest rate changes that are being made without the agents or the customer being informed?
