FNB home loans - a hopeless no go

FNB home loans is a no go! To me loyalty means a lot. I learned being a loyal FNB client (since 2013) and on top of that a ‘private client’ means nothing to FNB. We app**** for a home loan at FNB thinking it is best to stick to our bank and support them. Well, we were wrong! FNB makes their own assumptions on applications, even though we made sure we are as accurate as can be with all supporting documents submitted. FNB declined our application due to these assumptions! Obviously one would not apply for a home loan if you could not afford it. FNB, thanks for ****ing our dream of owning a property and for showing us loyalty means nothing. When they take your money every month then we are good enough, but they are definitely not interested in helping you grow and get on your feet. In the past I considered taking my business to one of their competitors. I think time has come to take action, maybe there loyalty counts.
