FNB home loans a complete mess

I have been an FNB client for over 10 years and when it was time for me to purchase the house, I approached the bank and my application was approved. I received a call from the FNB consultant who was so confident in the bank offering that when I asked what will happen if I get a better deal from another institution, her response was "we (FNB) will not let you go, we will match or give you a better deal than the competitor." I then got a better rate from the other institution which I sent to my consultant trusting that the bank will live up to its promise of matching or providing a better deal. To my surprise, the consultant told me that this is the best the bank can do and then proceeded to accuse me of making the whole matching or better deal thing up, despite having access to the banks recorded calls. I assumed that the consultant was just one rotten potato, I still had faith in the bank that I was so proud to join well over 10 years ago. I filled a complain through your (FNB) online portal, and I received an automated response saying that my case will be attended to in two business days, well that didn't happen. Two business days passed and I did not get any response. I then called the customer care line, where I was passed from one agent to the next, and eventually I got someone from the home loans department, who after listening to my complaint told me that my line was breaking, she couldn't hear me, even though I could hear her clearly. I again had to articulate my complaint and she said that she can't help me so she's going to transfer me to the manager. Well the "manager's" phone rang and no one picked up until it went to voicemail. I then sent the very same complaint to the FNB Facebook page and no response. This is my last resort, all I ever wanted was for the bank to live up to its promise of matching or providing a better deal than the competitor. I was really happy with the bank up until this very critical point in my life. I am giving the bank the last chance, else I will be moving to the competitor who gave me a better deal.
