FNB HOME LOANS - A BIG WASTE OF MY TIME, RATHER MOVE MY WHOLE PORTFOLIO TO ANOTHER BANK
Dear FNB,
Please explain to me how on earth, when it comes to a home loan application, That MAJOR BANKS are able to give me a OFFER AND APPROVAL within 10 Minutes, And yet I bank with FNB, Your consultant Thobekile Mavundla is a big waste of my time! PLEASE REMOVE HER FROM MY APPLICATION, Wake up FNB, I will take the offer from the Other major bank and move everything that way because of your slow slow slow service you give your clients

Following this complaint on Hellopeter, I have had no one who physically contacted me from FNB, However after a total of 6 working days, FNB gave me a Home Loan approval. The following journey to this point is noted below.
FYI BECAUSE OF THE FOLLWOING REASONS I HAVE SENT NOTICE TO CANCEL MY FNB HOME LOAN APPLICATION:
1. Thobekile Mavundla is the "loan specialist" who was appointed to me, on Friday the 5 March 2021, I sent her an email requesting an update, No update was given, this email was sent around 10am- surely people are still working at this time?
2. ABSA BANK AND STANDARD BANK was able to approve a home loan on the same day I app****- 1 day- And their staff were polite and responsive to emails and calls
3. Offer given to me was the same interest rate as the other banks, This being a bank I bank with! I don't bank with the other banks- This will change
4. If you look at this hellopeter string, you will see many complaints on your Home Loans division- FNB NEEDS TO SERIOUSLY HIRE MORE EFFECTIVE PEOPLE OR MAYBE A NEW HEAD OF DEPARTMENT
