FNB Home Loans

I have a home loan with FNB, the service im getting is disappointing, im not getting any feedback, my installment was suppose to start now in jan 2021 according to the lady who was assist me wilma Myburg, and surprisingly i was debited in december 2020 and it bounce back as i was not aware that they will debit, i didnt even receive payment letter which they keep on saying they will send, i called and spoke to her team leader Sindy, who advised that she will request for the call recording,im still waiting for her to call me,when i call there is no answer, no payment letter, everyday i get a call from their collection department to make arrangement, so disappointed
