Pathetic Service! It has been 3 months now since I have arranged for the Debit Order to be changed to the 21st and still no change. Every time we need to pay for the return debit order on the 30th even though I have already paid on the 21st. Secondly, when I make payment... I pay the amount reflected on my banking App... just to get this harassment calls a few days later telling me I'm R69 short... this is a joke... I have had too many instances now where the service is poor from FNB. I pay good money for good service, so it's about time that I move my home loan to a bank that gives me what I pay for.
