FNB home loans

31 March 2019 FNB didn't deduct my homeloan premium from my account but they added the interest. On 1 April the premium was deducted. Their explanation to me was that there insuffiecient funds, which is not true. End of April the premium was deducted. End of May, June, July August no premiums deducted. I then only realize that my pre-paid (extra money paid into my account) was taken to "maintain" my home loan account. The full premium was taken from my pre-paid, but only the insurances, (life and building) and the banking fees was paid into my home loan account. Nowhere on any statement does it reflect that my pre-paid was deducted from the capital amount. This resulted in interest added every month on top of the outstanding balance meaning that my capital amount don't come down but it keeps on growing. When i started asking question i was told: (1) March - insuffiecient funds (which i proofed incorrect. (2) In May FNB changed internal banking codes resulting in, when they request the payment from my account, it return as incorrect code, therefor no payment was made. (4) FNB paid back an amount of R535 to my account with a letter signed by Michelle Eaglestone saying that the matter is solved and closed. (5) I created an Excel spreadsheet and send it to the Ombudsman and Michelle Eaglestone only to receive a reply that all is in order and they attached a spreadsheet showing the daily interest added, again stating the the matter is resolved. (5) I rep**** again to the Ombudsman and Michelle Eaglestone that i still don't get the explanation of where the premium was paid into my homelaon account taken from my pre-paid. Since my last email sent to them i have not heard from the Ombudsman, Michelle Eaglestone of FNB for that matter. I feel that FNB stole my money and Michelle Eaglestone is protecting the *****. I now tried to make an appointment with the branch manager at Waterfall mall FNB Rustenburg to get an explanation. I thought about getting legal assistance but the attorneys working with homeloan registrations are all to afraid to take on the big dogs because, like one said to me, they don't want to get into the bank's black books because the banks will refuse to deal with them in future.
