FNB Home loans

Recently i have started looking for a house and because i bank with FNB they were my first choice, It's been close to two month of ME doing everything i can to get the ball rolling, because it is a long process as well. I have received one email from FNB requesting documents, I filled all the information needed send banking statements, payslips, the whole thing, two weeks later i still have not gotten a single call or email from FNB. I had to call them asking for feedback, then i was told i never app****. I never sent my forms, so i gave the person the email of the person that requested all my information, they told me he will follow up with me. Im still waiting. So in my wait i contacted Netbank and i have had more contact with Netbank about the loan in 24hours than FNB in 2 months. Horrible customer service. I will also be switching to a different bank. Treating your clients with this much disrespect, unacceptable.
